Terms of service

These terms govern use of WirePackages, operated by ZinXan AI Ltd ("we"). By submitting a listing or review you agree to them.

Listings

You must own or be authorised to represent what you list. We may reject, edit or remove listings that are misleading, spammy, or unlawful. Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is published, except where required by law.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. One review per user per listing. We remove reviews that are abusive, fake or paid for.

Ads and promotion

Ads are clearly labelled as sponsored. Front-page promotion is limited and sold first come, first served. Random front-page placement for yearly listings is a courtesy and not guaranteed.

Payments and automatic renewal

The price and billing schedule are shown before payment. One-off listing fees, promotions and bundles do not renew automatically. If you choose a subscription, yearly listings renew annually and homepage promotions renew each calendar month until you cancel. Cancel automatic renewal from My listings or the billing portal before the next charge; previously purchased access continues until its paid-through date. We send a renewal reminder within seven days of each renewal. Placement does not guarantee traffic or sales.

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for third-party software, tools or services you discover here.
