Will I be charged again?
Only if you choose a subscription. Annual listings renew at $29/year and homepage promotions at $99/calendar month. One-off purchases and bundles never renew automatically.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Cancel automatic renewal from My listings or the billing portal. You keep the access you have paid for until that period ends. We send a reminder seven days before each renewal.
What if I have already paid for a listing or promotion?
Your existing prepaid period is preserved. When you enable automatic renewal, the first charge is scheduled after that period ends. The bundle adds a further year to your listing, with 30 days of promotion starting after payment.
How does the tools weekly quota work?
Fifteen tools can be listed for free each calendar week, site-wide. After that, a tool needs a $29 quota pass or a yearly listing.
How are ads and homepage promotions shown?
Directory ads rotate randomly and are labelled as sponsored. Paid homepage promotions have a reserved spot in their category, limited to 3 at a time. Remaining homepage spots may be given to yearly-listing holders.
What are the image limits?
Free submissions get one image. Paid listings get up to 8; freelancers get an avatar plus 12 portfolio images. Max 2 MB each, JPG, PNG or WebP.
Can I get a refund?
Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is published, except where required by law. Contact us if something went wrong with a payment.
